By browsing, registering, or making a purchase, you’re saying: “Yep, I’ve read and agree to these terms.” If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay — just please don’t use the Site.

If we see behavior that hurts the community or breaks these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or our other trusted partners. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

One-time purchases: Most individual courses come with lifetime access and a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Just email us within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions: Some plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and you’ll keep access until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds.

We reserve the right to change prices, but we’ll always give you notice before your next billing cycle if your plan is affected.

5. Ownership & Copyright

Everything we create — lessons, videos, worksheets, illustrations, audio, quizzes, and even this beautiful design — is protected by copyright and belongs to ProEnglishGuide or our contributors.

You’re getting a personal license to use the materials for your own learning. That’s it. Sharing login details, re-selling content, or uploading our materials to other sites is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal action.

If you’d like to use our content for a school, company, or group, just reach out — we love creating special licensing deals!

6. Comments, Reviews & Submissions

We love hearing from you! When you leave a comment, write a review, or send us suggestions, you still own your words — but you give us permission to use, edit, and share them (with or without your name) on the Site, social media, or marketing materials — forever and royalty-free.

Please keep submissions clean, respectful, and original. We can remove anything that’s offensive, spammy, or breaks someone else’s rights.

7. No Guarantees (The Serious Legal Bit)

We pour our hearts into creating accurate, helpful English-learning content, but we can’t promise perfect results. Your progress depends on your effort, starting level, and many other factors.

The Site is provided “as-is.” We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or 100% secure (though we work hard on all three).

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProEnglishGuide won’t be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages — even if we’ve been warned they might happen. Our total liability will never exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Ending the Relationship

We really hope this never happens, but we can suspend or terminate your access at any time if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

You can stop using the Site and delete your account whenever you want.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (where our company is registered). Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
